The expansion card allows you to fully leverage the fast performance and compact form factor of internal M.2 PCI-E SSDs. The adapter connects directly to your computer's motherboard to support an M.2 PCI-E SSD (NVMe or AHCI) via ultra-fast PCI-E x4. The adapter is compatible with PCI-E 3.0 motherboards and backward compatible with PCI-E 2.0 and PCI-E 1.0. Supports M.2 PCI-E SSDs

The adapter supports PCI-E 3.0 x4 NVMe (M Key) and M.2 PCI-E-AHCI SSDs, including 2242, 2260, 2280, and 22110 drives. The expansion slot adapter supports the most common drive formats, including 110 mm, 80 mm, 60 mm, and 42 mm.
