The Lindy Pro USB 3.0 active extension is a high-performance active cable that allows access to USB 3.0 SuperSpeed devices over long distances. With a data transfer speed of up to 5 Gbit/s, this extension cable is perfect for transferring large volumes of data quickly and reliably.

This 30 m active extension can be used alone or as part of Lindy's USB 3.0 Pro active extension system. This system is a modular solution that can combine several Pro active USB extensions and an active extension with a USB 3.0 Pro hub to distribute USB signals to a maximum of 4 devices over a maximum distance of 40 m (depending on the cable configuration used).

Please note: Only the USB 3.0 Pro Active Extension versions 8m (Nr. 43158) or 15m (Nr. 43229) connect directly to a computer. If you create an extension using multiple of these types of active extensions, the first segment must always be the Pro USB 3.0 Active Extension 8m (Nr. 43158) or 15m (Nr. 43229).

Once this first cable is connected, you can cascade additional active extensions to reach up to 40 meters. The final segment can consist of one of the three references. If you need to connect multiple devices or if the devices require more power, you can use the model with hub 10m (Nr. 43159) with its power supply as the last segment.

This cable features proven active technology in the industry and locking connectors to ensure total signal integrity in the most demanding environments.

Note: this product contains 4 USB 3.0 hubs, which must be taken into account if the product is deployed in a larger installation in connection with other devices.

PCs, cables, USB 3.0, USB 3.1, and USB 3.2 devices are all compatible with each other, using a USB source (USB host) with USB type A or USB type C interface.
The USB 3.0, USB 3.1 Gen 1, and USB 3.2 Gen 1 standards all support speeds of up to 5 Gbit/s.
The USB 3.1 Gen 2 and USB 3.2 Gen 2 standards support speeds of up to 10 Gbit/s.
