The Lindy USB 3.2 C/C active extension uses built-in electronics to extend a USB 3.2 device by an additional 5m while maintaining SuperSpeed transfer rates of up to 5Gbit/s. With its two reversible Type C connectors, this extension allows you to connect USB devices such as USB flash drives, smartphones, or tablets without speed loss.

Compatible with all computers equipped with USB 3.2 Type C/Thunderbolt (including Apple "M" series), this extension is the perfect addition for the latest Type C computers. With its simple installation (plug and play), this extension can be quickly set up.

A round DC socket allows for connecting an external power supply (5V 2A, not included) if the connected USB devices require high current.

*Please note that USB Power Delivery and DisplayPort Alternate Mode (Video) functions are not supported.

Note: this product contains 1 USB 3.0 hub, which should be considered if the product is deployed in a larger installation in connection with other devices.

PCs, cables, USB 3.0, USB 3.1, and USB 3.2 devices are all compatible with each other, using a USB source (USB host) with USB Type A or USB Type C interface.
The USB 3.0, USB 3.1 Gen 1, and USB 3.2 Gen 1 standards all support speeds of up to 5 Gbit/s.
The USB 3.1 Gen 2 and USB 3.2 Gen 2 standards support speeds of up to 10 Gbit/s.
