This 2.5 Gbit/s PCIe network card with one port offers a versatile and cost-effective way to deploy 2.5 GbE network connectivity. It adds a copper Ethernet port to your server or desktop computer and provides multigigabit Ethernet access to your network at four speeds: 2.5 Gbit/s, 1G, 100 Mbit/s, 10 Mbit/s.

Cost-effective multigigabit Ethernet solution

The 2.5GBASE-T network card provides additional bandwidth using your existing Ethernet infrastructure to reduce the cost of upgrading cabling. The card allows you to connect to 2.5GBASE-T and NBASE-T equipment at network speeds of 10 Mbit/s, 100 Mbit/s, 1 Gbit/s, 2.5 Gbit/s over your CAT5e cabling (up to 100 m depending on network configuration).

Optimal technology for optimal performance

The network card adds an Ethernet port to your workstation via a PCIe x1 slot. It features 2.5GBASE-T technology, supporting advanced multigigabit systems, including Cisco campus switches and Aruba Networks access points. The network card also supports NBASE-T and other features such as 16K jumbo frames, Auto-MDIX, and Wake-on-LAN (WoL).

High-performance Ethernet

The Realtek RTL8125 chipset, compliant with IEEE 802.3az and IEEE 802.3u, supports the PCIe 2.0 interface for embedded PC applications. It offers up to 250% increase in data throughput via Gigabit Ethernet and requires no changes to the existing wired infrastructure.
