Cartridges covered by the Lexmark Return Programme are patented and sold at a discount provided the customer agrees to comply with the license agreement and use them only once, then return them exclusively to Lexmark for remanufacturing and/or recycling. Cartridges covered by the Return Programme are licensed for single use and are designed to stop functioning after delivering a certain amount of toner/ink. When cartridge replacement is necessary, it may still contain a varying amount of residual toner/ink. Additionally, the cartridge is designed to automatically update your printer's memory to prevent the introduction of counterfeit and/or unauthorized third-party cartridges. If the customer does not accept these terms, replacement cartridges sold without being subject to the above conditions are available at www.lexmark.com.
