The Gryphon 4500 omnidirectional imager offers fast reading performance for 1D and 2D codes. High Density (HD) models are available for reading small-sized codes. A dedicated version with a red light beam is capable of reading Digital Watermarking codes.
The Gryphon 4500 is equipped with Motionix technology that detects the operator's movements and automatically switches to the desired mode. This technology works with or without the stand, providing more operational choices. The aimer and sensor can be programmed according to user preferences.
Wireless models are equipped with Bluetooth technology (GBT model) or Datalogic's narrowband STAR Cordless System radio communications (GM model).
One of the most significant technical innovations of the Gryphon 4500 wireless readers is inductive charging, eliminating contacts that are often prone to malfunction. This system significantly reduces support costs and increases the terminal's lifespan.
