If Lenovo determines that the issue is covered by the product warranty and cannot be resolved by phone or through a customer-replaceable unit (CRU), the repair will be performed on-site. Calls received after 3:00 PM (the cutoff time may vary by country) will require an additional business day before intervention. On-site service is only available in urban areas. Next-day service is not guaranteed.
