Flexible deployment
The DAP-2230 has a super compact design and can be installed on the ceiling, on a wall, or placed on a desk to meet all wireless demands. For advanced installations, the DAP-2230 features integrated Power over Ethernet (PoE 802.3af) compliance, allowing installation in locations where power outlets are not readily available.

Green design
The DAP-2230 includes a wireless scheduler function that disables the wireless function when not needed to save electricity.

8 SSIDs simultaneously
Supports up to 8 SSIDs that can logically divide the access point into multiple virtual access points within a single hardware platform.

D-Link's free Central Wifi Manager software is a wireless access point management tool that can be hosted on the cloud. It is designed to create and manage shared architecture wireless networks across multiple sites.
