The purpose of this development of UltraChrome pigment ink was to combine the long-term and short-term color stability properties of pigment inks with the color gamut of dye inks. This new ink system includes light black as the seventh color, allowing for smoother gradients in black and white printing, as well as types of black ink, matte and photo, ensuring optimal quality on all types of media.
