The Lindy hybrid fiber optic cable range provides a professional solution for extending HDMI® signals over longer distances. Combining the flexibility and high EMI & RFI resistance of fiber optic with standard copper wiring, these hybrid cables are ideal for use in critical AV setups, commercial displays, or high-performance residential installations.

This cable provides uncompressed HDMI® signal amplification, allowing for the extension of 8K HDMI® content over long distances, which is simply not possible with passive cables.

With a bandwidth of 48Gbit/s, these cables support 2.1 resolutions up to 3840x2160@120Hz, and 7680x4320 / 10240x4320@60Hz. Content can be viewed with incredible detail and clarity at higher refresh rates for optimal viewing of movies, graphics, or images.

In addition to static HDR, HDMI® hybrid cables also support dynamic HDR formats such as Dolby Vision and HDR10+. These formats offer a much wider color range based on the BT.2020 color space for each moment of content, scene by scene or even frame by frame, with higher maximum brightness and deep blacks for optimal contrast as well as greater color depth. This is essential for the transmission of VOD content, including TV shows and movies, as well as VR and video games, making it ideal for eSports, retail setups, and high-end home theater installations.

Support for eARC further simplifies connectivity with compatible sound systems, amplifiers, and soundbars, passing lossless audio from the source to the output connected by the cable. eARC also supports high-bitrate audio with a sampling rate of up to 192 kHz and up to 32 channels. This allows for the use of object-based audio formats such as Dolby Atmos and DTS:X, surrounding the viewer with immersive sound to enhance and complement video content. This solution is ideal for multidimensional residential setups, cinema installations, or the distribution of inspiring events.

Note: eARC/ARC and CEC functions are not supported for lengths over 20m.
