The Jabra LINK 14201-33 enables remote electronic hook switch (EHS) control between Jabra wireless headsets and Avaya digital phones from the 1400, 9400, and 9500 series, IP phones from the 9608, 9611, 9621G, and 9641G series, and phones from the Avaya J series (except J129).
Once installed, your colleagues can control their calls directly from their Jabra wireless headset within a range of up to 150 m around their desk.
Refer to the compatibility guide to check if your phone model supports the EHS function, identify the required EHS cable adapter, and determine the EHS protocol you need to configure.
